So I'm pretty sure I just made a 1K calorie PWO shake.
2 liters of milk (reduced fat)
big load of this cheap protein (which is why i ahve to use the blender, the stuff is freaking hydrophilic)
some coffee 4 teh lulz (will have some serious diarrhea).
I did tho have a pretty good workout, so I guess most will go into the muscle department.

with oats, PB, whey and milk its pretty easy to make a 1k cal shake

Not hard.
when I was really bulking and going through Football conditioning practices, I would put 2 cups of Milk, 30g Whey and 105g of Waxy Maize Starch in my giant blender cup. Took like 45 minutes to sip it
