Convergys sucks. I don't care if you're a current employee and are offended by this; you have no soul.

Facial/body hair is DHT-mediated.

What if they have less from all the training but as a result they produce it easier?
No idea on the subject really, just throwing it out there.

When I saw this I thought of this I thought of this book, and thought i read something about it... I didn't find the passage that I was looking for but I did find this on a real quick glance through.
Quote:
"But the kind of stress and training that most pro athletes live with day in and day out cause too many stress hormones, such as cortisol and adrenaline, to be produced.
These stress hormones are 'catabolic,' meaning they tear tissue down and make athletes much more vulnerable to injuries and moody behavior. When these stress hormones that help build muscles, bones, and connective tissue.
These tissue-building 'anabolic' hormones, such as testosterone and DHEA, are often alarmingly low in many pro athletes. Over time, this can shorten their careers becuase of repetitive injuries and a much slower healing time."

-"ROMO My Life on the Edge: Living Dreams and Slaying Dragons" by Bill Romanowski. Page 299.
Bill Romanowski, for those of you who dont know, is a former NFL football player who played for 16 Seasons (and never missed a game) for teams such as the 49ers, Eaglers, Broncos, and the Raiders. Now he runs the supplement company Nutrition53.
I hope this helps.
