11 Months Progress (136lb to 143lb)
Ok so i only added 7lb of bodyweight but I have managed to transform my body never-the-less. When I started I wanted to reach about 170lb but now by target weight is to be ripped at about 153lb. I have started boxing and this is probably the best weight for my height (5ft 10).
Hopefully I will be able to put on another 10lb of solid muscle in the next six months!

Good work, looking better, but obviously due to wanting to keep your weight as it is for boxing, means your were never going to see a huge difference.

How i started: My table tennis coach advised me to bulk up a bit to give more power to my game. I decided to bulk up a lot!

not bad progress..but a lot more could be achieved in that amount of time.
