Which whey protein is good that comes in packets
I've tried EAS Myoplex but don't like it very much. So that's a no goer for me. Btw, it is the strawberry flavour I have tried, and it's just too thick for me, despite me using about 21oz of water.
I love Optimum Nutritions chocolate mint powder but it is in a tub not in a sachets/packets which are better for when I'm out of the house.
Any suggestions? Preferrably with water - again for convenience.

Why not stick with ON and put some protein powder in zip lock baggies. That's what I do for work, or when I'm out.

this. I also kept an empty small xtend bottle and just put some protein in there whenever I travel. You could do that with any small container.

Haha, not a bad idea. The only negative is I find the ON stuff a bit sickly if it's mixed with water. I guess I could bring in some milk and leave it in the fridge and return to the office when I want to drink it.

If you wanna mix it with water then check out XF's Lemonade Whey, the stuff is amazing in water (better than milk even). Then just throw it in baggies like people said, that's what I do as well. Or I'll bring an empty shaker with some powder in it and just fill it with water / OJ / milk when ready to drink.

MyoFusion and Dymatize Elite are both good in water. I definitely suggest the baggie idea. I even keep a used Gatorade powder container over at the girlfriends house for when I stay over. Works great.
