I'm sure everybody can develop their biceps, but as it's been said many times it's your genetics that have the deciding factor here.
I had good biceps before I ever started weight training.
Once I did train them they responded very well, I guess I had a good start.

Well, no hate, but your body is disproportionately favouring your arms more so than the rest of your body, which would lead me to believe you probably at one time (Or still do) Focused WAY more on your arms than you did on the rest of your body (Obviously).
If for instance you train only your arms, whilst neglecting the rest of your body then your arms will respond with a muscular improvement tenfold because the LBM isn't being distributed evenly across the body.

Yes my arms are big but my overall look is still good, better than 99% of guys my age!

Do you have a front quad shot then? Strong arm to chest ratio.
Edit: Also, Most Muscular/Crab for your "traps" So I can prove my point kthx. No doubt, you probably do look better than most guys your age, but that has nothing to do with being disproportionate.

No, but I'm not the one claiming to be proportionate.
No but I'll respect your views more it you looked half decent yourself, as you don't have any pictures I suspect you don't!
I'm not out to compete or strive for the perfect body, that's a non-starter for most people anyway.
For me it's just to look muscular, good in a vest and feel good about myself and I think I succeed reasonably well!
