i would ****ing love to train with yates, hardcore but seems to know how to motivate different people.
Also its true but only cos the Americans round up their pounds e.g 20kg = 44lbs lol

Yes it does, we have ten digits on our hand, we have the base number ten for our counting system and metric works in tens.

About the plates that's what i had thought. I mean the plates seem to be of exactly the same size, width, depth, diameter etc (we have a couple of plates in pounds at the gym) i assume they're all the same.

Its not so easy to bench 5 plates a side when your not throwing the weights around Branch style, Dorian makes sure he has the weight under control at all times, definately no bouncing the bar off your chest in The Dungeon,
