What is the daily recommended intake of zinc? I've seen lots of different numbers, my tablets say one a day at 15mg, other people have 50mg a day tablets.
Should i take two a day and have 30mg a day or will 15mg a day be better, as it's a slower dosage, rather than throwing too much into my body at once?

zinc is a trace mineral so all the trace minerals should be <100 milligrams/day. You'll also get zinc from food sources. Hopefully this helps you out a bit
