The Misc is mentally stimulating
How we wish we could strike up randomly interesting conversations like these in real life. To just talk about anything and jump to the next topic instead of building up to it which takes fcken FOREVER.
Thats probably why its so addicting

True, you can just randomly throw out any thought on here and get 9-10 people to respond to it within minutes.....
the interactions are kind of similar to real life, except they occur 10X as fast lol.
EDIT: Also there's a wider variation of opinions on subjects on here compared to people you meet in real life.

I know this doesn't apply to most people but the misc has made me a more socially knowledgeable/outgoing person. I don't read the newspaper, watch tv, or anything like that but seriously if something ****ed up in the world happens and it comes up in conversation I can tell anyone anything about it thanks to the misc.
