so why fat makes you vascular?
so i'm cutting... big deal , but things i noticed.
if i ate fast food for the whole day(which is loaded with sodium and fat), i get more veins than i ever had in my entire life at the end of the day.
but when i carb up with low fat... i tend to feel bloated, veins disapear, a weird look...
What's the nutrition or physiology... or biochemisty behind it ???????????????????

The only thing I could thing of is that it isn't related to the fat content of fast food, but to the sodium; same thing always happened to me when I was pretty drunk the day before...
Dehydration, brah!

but too much sodium don't cause dehydration. Does it? Plus I had a diet coke, refilled 5+ times everytime i go eat.

Yea it will it if its suddenly spiked very high, If I eat say a large KFC all evening I am craving water.
I would guess its a mixure of the carbs filling your muscles and the sodium dehyrating you gives you a great look for a bit

hmm, makes sense... ima google sodium spikes.
Edit: found it i guess. Makes a lot of sense now... simple phsyiology..
As the saltier blood begins to circulate through the veins and arteries, there is an imbalance in that the salt content inside the cells is less than the salt content outside the cells. As such, salt tries to move from the blood into the cells, and is exchanged for water to balance out the salt levels.
So i guess fat don't play a role?
