Ahhh Help
Alright, so I used to post here and there a year ago or more, probably more, and I havn't really worked out since. I'm so poorly motivated now, I started smoking, sleeping less, eating unhealthy.. I gained 20 Lbs. Nooo muscle at all !! Ahh !! I mean I don't look fat but I've definately put on some weight. I can't seem to get back into the habit of working out again, I don't know why =/
My strength has went up though, it's wierd.. I can lift more than I did before, and I havn't worked out in a long time. How is that possible?
Anyway, pleaaaseee sugggest tips to get me motivated again (Stupidest thing ever i know but it might help me turn my self around)
Should I focus on getting rid some of the fat first? Or should I just start lifting again and incorporate a bunch of cardio??
Ideas / Suggestions ? Thankss.. Sorry for the ****ty post, but you guys got me started, maybe you can help me get back into it !!
