Well tatteredsaint, today I just had one of those days in the gym where nothing felt right. On the way to the gym my eyes started to feel real heavy like when you're about to fall asleep, and I've felt that way all week long. Just felt really sluggish today. I start my pre lift jog and start to get a huge headache so I stopped jogging and tried to get my lifting done. Leg extensions and seated hamstring curls went without any problems, got the blood flowing and was feeling good until I hit squats. I got through my two warmupsets, 1 plate each side, then 2 plates, then put 275 on the bar, which I get fairly easy. But today, it felt like 2075lbs for some reason. Just super heavy, the knees werent liking it, I was really unmotivated to lift, so I threw in the towel and went home.
Probably just going to rest up the next 2 days or do cardio and try to hit legs on Sunday. Even writing this I still have a headache and my eyes and about to close shut and go to sleep. Sorry to the EST reps about a sucky day one of the log, just felt at 0% today in the gym.

Probably just need to rest it up and get more sleep. Plus I ran out of my Purple Wraath last weekend, and I can tell a huge difference in my training when I dont have my bcaa's/eaa's with me during my workout. Hopefully get to hit the legs this weekend, always my favorite day.

no doubt I'm down to my back up aminos , I got ill n hurled from over exertion on like my 4th set that ruined my next squat sets so I got heated n decided to deadlift then I pulled my rear delt , after that I was seriously p*ssed off , but I ended up getting the job done just not as well as I would've liked to

Well today was much much better, shoulders werent hassling me, no headache, wasnt as sluggish..
Just did 30 minutes on the ellipitcal, was glued to the tv watching Notre Dame trying to come back against Navy, they just have a thing for making mediocre teams look like they are undefeated each week.

It really helped, but for some reason today I got a sharp pain in my left wrist so I had to ditch close grip bench press. I also started taking fish oil and I'm not sure if thats the reason why but my shoulder pain has basically not bothered me at all the past couple of days, they usually hurt everyday but the pain has eased up a bunch

Today it was pretty good, nice pump in the tri's, I always have trouble getting a pump in my shoulders since they are so banged up, but had a lot of energy today and endurance. now only if I could put some methyl mass in there but I am absolutely broke and still unemployed, it really sucks.

That was the only real thing missing from my supplement stack, and im not sure if its the reason why my shoulders arent pounding eveyday but I'm sure feeling a lot better now! And ya I've started to listen to my body more and have taken days off where as before I would be stubborn and go workout anyways and feel even worse.

I started to add it back into my workouts, never used to do it before but had to stop today, have no clue why my wrist hurt so bad though, hopefully it doesnt nag me for much longer

30 minutes cardio, 10 pre and 20 post. I wanted to do some rack pulls but the lower back was acting up so didnt push it, it was bothering me with only 135 on the bar so didn't push it. Pretty good workout I must say, so far so good.

It was a pretty good one, really felt the BB rows, one of my favorite back exercises. Had to improvise since my back wasnt putting up with any rack pulls, but overall a good workout. Probably going to hit chest and biceps tomorrow, might start hitting tri's and bi's seperately instead of together to see if I can improve my arms, they are a real weakpoint for me.
