yeah sounds bad like mine was.. if i recall it will be bad for like 2 days.. i healed quick... about a week i was like 90% and able to squat heavy but did not do dead was scared.. ha

DAYUM i did this yesterday. I did some squats, then some supermans lying on front and felt a pull in my back. When i woke up in the morning i was like wtf. Very painfull couldnt go work!!!
