I too once was a loser, I used to wake up at 9:30
now I wake up as the same time as my dad does.
and my day is a lot longer and it leaves my time to go out and do more, and more reading time

I can't respect anyone who complains about people not waking up before 8am but yet complains that they are tired at 8pm.

wake up at 5:30 have a light snack with protein or eat an orange or banana
have a good workout eat after shower
and then you have the whole day ahead of you

For me it depends on what your daily schedule looks like.
Last summer I worked a bar job where I started work at 4 PM and didn't finish work until 11-12 at night. I don't think there were many occassions where I was up before 8 AM but I still managed to lift, do cardio and see my ex-g/f before I went to work so it was all good.
At the moment I'm lucky if I get to sleep in past 6:30 AM lol

Anytime I sleep past 8 or 9 I feel guilty for wasting my day. Even if its my day off. I like getting up early and getting more done by noon the most people will all day. Then i have the rest of the day to do whatever.

I hate someone that gets up before 10 am, and just sits around the house makin noises while i try to get my sleep. If I have stuff to do, I wake up accordingly. Other times I sleep in well into ~11 am no problems. feels good man
