protein intake
i had a question, how much protein could the body take in at once? i've heard around some places its 1/4 or 1/3 of your body weight in grams of protein so say jack is 150lbs, he could only take in about 37.5-50grams of protein and i also heard no matter what, ur body could only take in 20-30grams. So which is true? and i wud assume you could take a lil more right after your workouts right, so could anyone clarify on both accounts, no workout and post workout consumption? could you go to my other thread where its a workout journal kinda thing and lemme know if its good or bad as well? thanks, i'll be sure to give reps for responses on both threads.
