About 2 1/2 months ago I got really busy at work and almost stopped my workout due to no time (working about 12-14 hrs a day). Work is winding down a little bit and I am now trying to get back into my old routine but I am having the hardest time trying to find the motivation like i had about 2 months ago. I did put on ruffly 2% body fat and lost some muscle mass. I don't like what I see in the mirror but just can't get the motivation. Any tips to help get it back?

I honest to God don't get how people even struggle for motivation.
