Unhappy having a hard time getting back into it

About 2 1/2 months ago I got really busy at work and almost stopped my workout due to no time (working about 12-14 hrs a day). Work is winding down a little bit and I am now trying to get back into my old routine but I am having the hardest time trying to find the motivation like i had about 2 months ago. I did put on ruffly 2% body fat and lost some muscle mass. I don't like what I see in the mirror but just can't get the motivation. Any tips to help get it back?
    Now -- end 2009 goal
    bench 320 ---365
    squat 295 ---315
    d/l 255 --- 285

What did you use for motivation before work got busy? You said your not completely happy with what you see in the mirror. Go to the gym and change that.

I have the same problem, reason I stopped my a mixture of injuries and I got used to being more lazy. Just start out slow, don't try and go straight back to your old full on routine. Thats what i've been doing anyway slowly increasing the amount of work each time.

    Goodluck!

    Andy.

The fact that your physique deteriorated should be motivation alone.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

I honest to God don't get how people even struggle for motivation.

Look in the mirror: Are you happy?

    What more is needed?
