You start up a business, and have to choose between these two secretary/personal assistant applicants... Who do you choose and why? (Serious)
edit: By secretary/personal assistant I mean someone who follows you around, handles calls, makes contacts etc.. like Pepper Potts in Iron Man..

Post above is decent, but I found a better one:
Tell Girl A that the job won't open up for 3 months. Hire Girl B, sex her as much as possible, give bonus, then fire once bored with her. Then have Girl A fix all the problems brought on by Girl B.
