Well last night I had Really high temperature, to the point where I was shaking in my bed and being delirious. No real cough, just like occasional sprouts. A lot of muscle and bone pain and VERY weak to the point where when I woke up this morning and stood up, I collapsed on the floor. ****ty

what steps did the doctor take to diagnose you? everything you listed sounds like the normal flu. seems like all the Drs are just saying its swine just to be extra careful.

To doc. said that lack of cough + weakness which is more pronounced then in a regular flu + constant body temp of over 39C during day + bone pains as compared to muscle pains in the regular flu.

If it is the first 48 hours there is this antibiotic that you can take and it will pretty much kill it, if not you will have to feel like **** for about a week.

For sure, but why not right? My GF got diagnosed and she didn't have much of a fever, more like just a common head cold. Don't think it's H1N1 but they gave her tamiflu or whatever.

I had the swine flu, and got tested positive for it. Hmm did they swab you or did your doctor say that you had swine?

yeah I got tamiflu to, someone is a making a crap load of money with this, since only one company has the potent for the "cure"

they swabbed my throat. But I mean I had the regular flu quite a few times, nothing as bad as this, like last night I literally felt like a bus ran over me.

I'm suspicious over how they diagnose swine flu. As far as the antibiotic, they have no effect on viruses, so how does that help?

It is actually available as of today, but kinda is to late for me. My parents have a priority pass to do theirs tomorrow since they live with an infected individual. I am pretty much locked in my bedroom lol. They leave food at the door, go down and then I pick it up lol.

I really don't know she said that this thing tamiflu is made specifically to combat swine flu.

Exactly!!! It eases the persons mind a little probably. Other than that and putting money in the pockets of the pharmaceutical companies, nothing at all.

I got sent home from school today because they thought I had it and told me to check up with the doc

-headaches
-small chest pains
-tiredness

We went to an "assessment clinic" because the hospitals are so overloaded because of this ****. It was like something out of a movie. They made us wear facemasks, there were sick kids everywhere sneezing and coughing...took us like 3 hours from start to finish. We both said we'd rather risk death than go through that again.

The symptoms that they were looking for:

Fever
Congested lungs/sinus
Night sweats
Aches
Fatigue

Heh man honestly you would know if you had it, really does not feel like a regular flu, Wehn I have regular flu I can pretty much function normally with enough Tylenol Flue. but with this I am just in bed all day, my mom ordered pizza for me I ate a bite and thats it, spend the day drinking whey in water lol.

Brah... leave that stuff alone. Get on some natural stuff to boost your immune system and let your body fight this off. Start taking Airborne, Echinacea, grapefruit seed extract, apple cider vinegar, onion, and aloe vera juice.

how about some investigative reporting on how much pharmaceuticals have made on the Swine Flu outbreak, and if there is any connection between them and the government officials how are in charge at the CDC who help to drive this.

The weirdest thing is that this Tamiflu thing is not covered by the gov. usually all my medication is free. Had to dash out 80$ for 10 pills.
