Is there a problem if I'm not completely sore the day after?
I worked out the same muscle group twice in one day yesterday in attempt to get sore the next, but I still wasn't that sore.
Should I go harder?

took a week off from lifting and made new PRs on squat and dl first day back
couldn't bend down to pick up a pencil i dropped
finished my third leg day since yesterday and only felt sore a bit
