hi everyone,
so i have just finished bulking a few weeks ago for 8-10 weeks, went from 12,5 to 13,8,
bulk started from 3500,4000,4500,4750
gained some muscle,
now i am dieting down,
now iv been dieting down now from
4300, 4000, 3800, 3500, 3300, i been lowering it 200 calories a week,
im guessing that its still iv mass gaining phase there,
i dunno where i should drop the calories too,
i am trying to keep as much muscle has possible
i am 5ft8 and 189lbs
