What should I do about these dogs?

I have seen them around my house for a few days, now they seem to be chillin in my backyard, the puppies don't care, but the bigger dog barks at me and is protective. I have no idea who owns them, the big one has a collar, but its back left foot seems to be injured and I think it may bite me if I try to walk up to it. Should I call animal control?

Grab the big dog, hes not that big, look at collar, see if it has owners details on it.

if not ring dog pound/animal services and they'll take them.

Put some water/food out for them none the less, maybe they hungry brah.

See if you can find some tags. If not you'll probably have to call the shelter. God, I despise irresponsible pet owners.

OP, any dog is friendly with some treats. Bring some leftovers out with ya and they'll let you get closer.

I think I saw one or two more pups also, its a friggin wild pack of dogs tearing around the neighborhood. My neighbor said hes seen them and he thinks he may know who's they are. I think they are getting through my back fence.
