Practice

For some reason I can envision PL & Oly Lifters going to the gym and practicing lifts. Can't do the same with BB'ers. They practice posing but can't see a BB'er going to the gym to 'practice' their bench. Anything to this?

I mentioned deloading in your other thread. During this time, since I lift light weights as "active rest," I'll concentrate on keeping perfect form. This is something I've found that requires constant attention.

With Olympic lifting the goal is to get the lift as technically sound as possible and much practice is needed for this, not only for the lift but for the body it's very demanding physically.
Not to mention that it's a sport and athletes need to practice there sport.

With Body building the emphasis is on asthetics so diet is a major factor them.
