Anyone have T-Mobile and been having network issues? (SRS)
I have T-Mobile and last night I noticed that I couldn't text or get on the internet. Tried to make a call or two and half worked, and half didn't.
I was getting full GMS signal, but not EDGE signal (needed for data services).
This was odd because at my house I always have 100% EDGE which is the fullest signal you can have on a BlackBerry on the T-Mobile network. Last night I was getting 100% GMS.
I tried calling T-Mobile and was getting disconnected (figures).
Finally, I talked to them and they told me that "yes" there was an issue and that it wasn't just in Florida. That it was being reported widely and in many states. They said that they knew it had been in my area since for at least 4 hours before my call. Others have told me they had problems contacting me earlier than that.
Anyone has have this issue?
If so, where do you live? When did the issue start? When/did the problem stop?

Yea I got a text like 2 hours later, and mine didnt go through. Then I got a text some from a buddy saying something like "Srry but TMobile was down..."

Mine had a problem last night. Had no voice or text from about 5:30-8:45. It's fine now though.
I had internet the whole time though.

Had issues last night (Georgia) but today is fine...srs. Plan we have is awesome, but service is crap at times.

I've had T-Mobile since 2001 and I've never had any problems.
I actually have their loyalty plan and get unlimted everything for $50 a month.
I have no issues with them other than last night and several months ago a signal problem I had from their tower near my house, it was fixed in a few days.
At least I know they were honest when they said that others had the problem last night too.
Like you guys, today I'm good.
Anyone start having this issue before last night? The day before? Yesterday morning, etc?

This was happening to everyone with TMobile...I was at my friend's work (cell phone booth at costco) and everyone was calling to see wtf was going on
