    How much BF %?

    Hello,
    Can somebody please help and guess my bf%. My stats are on my bodyspace.
    I just started to do some heavy lifting and eating a lot of protein (1 - 1.5 gr per LBM).
    Aim trying SO BAD to reduce my BF% but mantain the few muscles that I have. Any tips will be AWESOME!!!!

    Honestly, you're pretty lean already - I'd focus on building muscle since (don't take this the wrong way) it doesn't look like you have much on your frame.

    On the contrary Phal, i really appreciate your honesty...
    I started lifting heavy (is it ok to lift heavy if you want to reduce FB% but mantain your "few"mescles?) last week!

    I lift 3x a week, 4 excersise per muscle 8 to 12 reps, 2 muscles a day... is that ok?

    Thanks a lot for your opinion! Iam trying so hatd to lose BF%... So your are positive that i should focus on biulding rather than continue cutting? Iam very happy at my weight right now, but i want to see some abs for the summer (starts on january here in Peru) so getting to 12% of BF is a major goal... Is that contradictory if i want to bluid some frame?

    Summer is still far away, I recommend you bulking up, than cut 2-3 months before summer.

    You'll look better this way, with muscular abs.

    1. Eat slightly over maintenance needs for growth (200-300 cal)

    2. Train heavy to stimulate growth.

    If his summer starts in january its not all that far, i usually leave myself 6-8 weeks of cutting before summer.

    I think i will eat on mantaince and start to bulk as crazy... Iam very happy at the weight Iam now...

    I agree with everybody else. Go on a clean bulk for a few months, eating slightly over maintenance. What is your body type?

    Also during the bulk, creatine monohydrate. Its not a necessity but really helps build.

    Hey man im from Perú also and i also want to get to 12 of bf for summer just need to follow a good diet and exercise 5x week
