guys
i just stepped on the scale at 276, WTF?
i was like 282 at weigh ins and then bloated the **** out of myself intentionally after I weighed in, never weighed myself after I did that but ****...
does gaining a **** ton of water help suck it out of something? Ive lost 15 lbs in the last 5 days and my strength isnt really down
The FUK?
edit: im also taking creatine again so its not like I lost 10 lbs from stopping creatine

yes to your question
-
02-05-2010, 09:05 PM #7568
well atleast this makes my job of staying in the 275s easier......
<--- severe over bulker
bigorexia ftl
prolly will drop another 10 lbs though

think about it this way:
You are 6'1'' 259 lbs. Go out and find a guy who is 6'1'' 259 lbs and doesn't look big. I'll save you some time and tell you something..... they don't exist
had the same problem myself... so i went to search for another 5'8'' guy who weighed 190 lbs and was small as ****.... i couldn't find many
-
02-05-2010, 09:18 PM #7570
lol I did retarded bulking and went from 220 to 270
then I went back down to 235 then right the fuk back to 280+
FML.
atleast the strength gains are good..... lol... and I always seem to drop the weight without it affecting my strength.
dude I dont know how guys cut 20+ lbs of bw (water) and still lift.... I seriously believe just dropping 20 lbs of fat would affect my lifting less then dehydrating myself and starving myself for hours before hand.
matt k said to stop eating 18 hours out I believe, I stopped eating only like 10 hours out, and did a bit of ghetto ridged bathroom sauna ****.... dropped nothing at all and it made me feel like garbage....
I have a ton more respect for guys that drop 25+ lbs and still compete and have a good day....
I almost want to compete in a fed that has 2 hour weigh ins just because I cant do that **** and still lift....and dont want to be at a disadvantage to those who can lol
-
02-05-2010, 09:20 PM #7571
as long as you dont compete in the usapl/ipf..... any fed is fair game
-

i contemplate murder.......
multiple times a day....everyday.....and have to work to convince myself not.
dont mind me, im a miserable, non-drunk but drank, angry, hungry mother****er who has to work in 5 hours when there is a philly snow state of emergency.
and yes, i do wish the whole world but me and the 100 survivors i pick die of a horrible AIDS pandemic.
Good night.Last edited by HumanHorrorFilm; 02-05-2010 at 09:56 PM.

Morning folks. I swear half of my posts in this thread are me saying goodmorning. I wish work would spread more of my hours across the week instead of lumping them into the weekend. I also with I could tell people no so I wouldn't pick up anymore hours so I could sleep more. I'm a whiny bitch.

What happened to the squatting in the mirror thread?
Being a real lifter is not about a number, or a medal, or somebody else telling you that you are a real lifter. It is about commitment to the iron and strength of purpose.
