I am cursed with naturally small calves, i used to train them like mad but i've never got them big.
On a side note, today my teachers asked me what i were to do if i had to lift a 90kg (+/- 198 lbs) out of a wheelchair. I answered: "don't know, depends for how many reps" They were not amused with the answer.

I have to deal with a 2 man competition featuring only me and Blenderate, so he gets to make me look weak in person.

That's one of the oddest set-ups I've ever seen. You don't have a super-high end gpu or a multi-GPU set-up so why do you need 12gb of RAM but wouldn't go above 1066mhz? What kinds of programs are you running that a 2.66 quad core would be beneficial in but you don't need crossfire? Is this like running in windows server or something?
I want to touch the butt.

Calf-specialization routine
10 mins of stretching
standing calf raises 6 (sets) x 50/40/30/20/10/50 < reps per set gradually increase weight with each set.. like hold two 30lb db's for the 50 rep set then increase weight as you decrease in reps..
seated calf raises 3x6 heavy weight
leg press toe raises 3x 50/40/30
donkey calf raises 3x6 heavy weight
10 mins stretching
The stretching is very important to growth in this routine.
This'll do it.. I personally skip the stretching part and only do this routine like every other week cause my ****ing calves are huge enough.. lol but it's a good one.
