I hope he sues, and wins! I get pissed off at all the frivolous lawsuits, but I don't believe this is one. Casinos everywhere will now just start claiming game malfunctions and never pay out a dime again.

I don't understand how no one picked up on the jackpot error. I've never heard of a slot machine handing out a fifth of a billion dollars or anything even remotely close to that.

Lawyer fees, court fees, time and this guy doesnt even know the legal laws of this. He will lose his case and even more money for his effort, especially against a goliath opponent like a casino.

Also the casino are acting really cheap here, whats a 100 k to them? Nothing. It seems they are running this operation pretty bad, why would you want this to get out to the media and be sued when you can just give the guy 100k and maybe a free weekend pass? Lol, seems like a better route.

Malfunction sure but if the machine says he hit THE jackpot they should at least pay him the max jackpot on the slot.
Also anyone playing 4.00 slot machines is a baller especially when you're playing one with like 25 lines (you do the math)
