5'11 210 weird build. gyno/lordo/kypho?!

So I haven't been on a workout plan in about 3-4 months now, just mild cardio and some sort of dieting...was around 260lbs 1.5yrs ago.

I haven't asked a doc but I think I may have gyno, lordosis, and kyphosis, what do you think?
I need a BF estimate and any other crits/advice you may have.

My poses are BAD, lol.

I think it's gyno from fat. you have impressive arms though. and i can see the quads starting to come out. good job. i liked the first pic

j/k I think u have gyno though. If thats you now in the after pic I would continue to cut, ur BF is still extremely high.

Gyno from fat? I thought it was either gyno, or fat. Not fat gyno lol.

What after pic? Those are all recent, I don't have a before either. And what is extremely high? I knew that, I was looking for %'s. I was thinkin' maybe low 20's?

Edit: Pyro, no. They are alot smaller when cold, strong bologna nipples ftw....

I think you just hold a whole lot of fat in that area, last picture makes it look worst than i think its is, you also have alot of loose skin....

I would say BF maybe 18 to 21%. You still have a a good amount of fat to lose in the mid section. Just keep working out hard and dieting. You are young so give the skin some time to tighten up. Gratz on the weight loss.

I googled gynecomastia and found this link. Was some good info.

Thanks man, that's what I was thinking. I am trying not to lose too much too fast with purely diet to avoid rediculous loose skin. Lift hard and tone as I go, but we'll see.

This. You are closer to 30% brah sorry. You have a fair bit of mass but need a drastic cut still.

lol no hes not 30% have you ever seen what 30% looks like...........hes got alot of loose skin about 21-22% bf

Maybe its the loose skin. But i was measured at 20% last year before i cut and looked much leaner than that. His arms are fairly lean though. His body composition is throwing me off big time.

Hence the "weird build" part of the title. I hate my body as is

I just hope when all said and done i'm not deformed looking and don't need surgery (but I probably will).

I bet when I get to 12% ill look like a saggy 17%.

FML.

I think you are being to hard on yourself. Cut to 12ish and see how you look. I bet a lot of that will go away.

But I NEED to be hard on myself. Look at me! lol I think I will keep the, "I am a fat POS" mindset as motivation for now, until I start seeing some serious progress.

Ive got the same mentality. I bet even if i looked like jay cutler i still wouldnt be satisfied. Well maybe not that far haha.

you have fat to lose and mass to gain. More chest mass should stretch all that skin/fat out. Keep liftin hard and eatin clean!

Sorry to state the obvious, but you really need to get your diet in check and a mixture of cardio and weight training.

Saying that, your arms/traps do look good. Best of luck with your goals.

Gynecomastia is a contour problem. If it looks like a female like breast on a male chest, then it is gynecomastia. The Anatomy of Gynecomastia consists of fat, gland, and skin. All male mammals will have gland. With a 50 pound weight loss, loose skin will be a factor. Low Nipples Look Weird on a Male Chest and come in different degrees.

Estimates of body fat by appearance are just not accurate at all. Body Fat Analyzers are also inaccurate, they are inexpensive and much better than eyeballing. Impedance devices are simple, but depend on skin conductance (a major variable). Calipers have a steep learning curve and do not work well when massive loose skin is a factor. An Archimedes water displacement tank is really accurate, but inconvenient. A bone scanner is fine but involves unnecessary radiation.

These are the Standard Pictures of a Male Chest to Evaluate Loose Skin. How they hang with gravity can demonstrate the loose tissue issue.

gyno is from hormonal imbalance. However, being fat as a kid will give you tits. Not neccesariliy gynecomastia (i.e. inflammation and growth of breast tissue). However, you can get some pretty big nips... and some sagging from the adipose collection in more estrogenic sites as is commong with people above 20 percent bf. that is all.

He's 30-33% IMO. I have a good idea because I've cut down from 6'1 235 ~35% bf to 178 ~15% bf over the last year.
