Looking back, I wish I had bulked first and used my easy gains to add weight because it is incredibly hard for me to stay above 173 consistently... but I'm cool with taking it slow and staying lean as possible. Progress has definitely slowed down a lot though, on the scale and the mirror.
Anyways, any guess to what my bodyfat % is in the latest picture? Looking for opinions and comments, thanks.
