I am getting tired so fast...what to do?
I am currently doing cardio only...treadmill and stairmaster.
I am also not eating alot cause i want to lose fat.
What can i do to run longer on treadmill? Its like i get tired really easily some days, and the other days i can run for longer without getting tired fast...
I do take average protien such as in milk or bread, or other normal stuff...nothing like protien shake or etc
I dont want to use those energy drinks, or etc...
What can i do?
