I am getting tired so fast...what to do?

I am getting tired so fast...what to do?

I am currently doing cardio only...treadmill and stairmaster.

I am also not eating alot cause i want to lose fat.

What can i do to run longer on treadmill? Its like i get tired really easily some days, and the other days i can run for longer without getting tired fast...

I do take average protien such as in milk or bread, or other normal stuff...nothing like protien shake or etc

I dont want to use those energy drinks, or etc...

    What can i do?

if you are getting tired it might be a sign that your calorie deficit is too high. have you worked out how many cals you're consuming?

your doing cardio, of-course your going to get tired. also you aren't getting enough food into your system on a daily bases so this could be why you feel fatigue at times. I suggest eating more and getting the protein and vegetables etc. that your body needs. If your doing just cardio, I would also suggest getting some multivitamins so your body i completely healthy.

first of all go jogging outside, and jog around a certain area.Once you get used to it make the jog longer.

i think treadmills are for lazy people ,jogging outside makes you more active

You might be eating TOO little... You have to cover your basic needs at least... So keep it less than you burn but up the calories that you intake a little too... Thats all I can say not knowing how much you bring in each day... Cutting weight and starvation are two different animals..
