First bible study in years.
Ive been missing church for years and not going to any religion meetings. A few buddies invited me to a babtist bible meeting and I went. Im catholic and I really still enjoyed this. Im trying my best to gte back with my faith.

I'm Catholic brother and I graduated from a Southern Baptist university with a BA in religious studies......it's all good bro, you may feel slightly marginalized at first, but once you begin talking with them you will realize that there is more commonality than differences. It's not hard to spell baptist if you're a christian and 'exists' isn't exactly difficult either. Usually bad spelling can be associated with being a tool, like in the case of bird72.

Agreed. I'm in the south and the majority of the baptist around here lump Catholics in with Atheists. I grew up Catholic in the South and was bombarded nearly once a week of my teenage years to get right with God.
