We're looking for some more candidates to log a FREE tub of Creadyl, consisting of 40 servings, about a month supply. I can not give an exact number of members to be chosen, but it will be a minimum of 20 out of this thread! No set deadline, we'll shut this down when there are enough quality logs up and running

I want to make it clear that we're looking for individuals (men and women ) that are going to commit to 30 days of giving us the best they have. I'll be including a list of "rules" for all applicants, this isn't rocket science you either want to do a quality log or your just looking for free product. * Rear delt machine - 1 work set
* Tricep pushdowns - 1 warm-up, 1 work set

Wed - Quads, Hams, Calves
* Squats - warm-ups, 1 work set
* Leg press - work set
* Leg extension - work set
* Leg curl - warm-up, work set
* Stiff leg deadlift - work set

current pre workout suppliments: none. All I am using is creatine mono, and whey protein.
Goal for this log: I want to get my bench up to 180, and just get bigger.
WHy should you pick me?: I think you should pick me, because firstly, I love to workout. Secondly I have never really heard much about this product untill I looked on this website and saw the reviews that people have given it, and I must say I am impressed as it has a ranking of 9.9 out of 10. Training experience (as much detail as possible): Started training around age 16. Been an a learning experience in terms of diet, and training. Started taking it seriously around last year and have stuck with it since then. I started with Rippetoes for a couple of months then progressed into a split. I’ve messed around with a couple of routines such as 5X5, FST-7, and currently, MAX OT.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Currently I am on a 5 day split on the MAX OT system. Max OT preaches 4-6 reps with high weight with only about 8-9 sets. Goal for this log, what do you want to accomplish?: I want to accomplish a gain in strength, and muscle mass. In the month, I hope to increase all of my 1 RM lifts about 5 pounds. I also hope to gain about 2-4 pounds.
Why do you want to use Creadyl? Why should I pick you?: I want to use Creadyl because of its unique creatine blend. I havn’t been on creatine for about a month so I’m hoping it will live up to, if not surpass the gains that regular creatine monohydrate has given me. I also want to try this product because of all of the positive feedback from the many other logs that are running here. You should pick me because I’ll give you an honest opinion into whether your product actually lives up to its claims. Just because it’s a free product doesn’t mean I should butter up the feedback I give to the community, whether it be positive or negative.

Great, working hard with Double-T
Definitely keep an eye out in the future for more opportunities, LOTS more to come. There are a couple of products being worked on, can't wait til' we release them....I'll have to try and check out your log if I get a chance, see what kind of big weights your using now

Training experience (as much detail as possible): Off and on since High School. Took a break for Basic Training and A.I.T in 2000, then a break in OIF I to invade Iraq. We did use axles and tires and crates and crap. Took another break when I hurt my back, and when I had back surgery, and again on my other three deployments, and for shoulder surgery.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):Warm up on elliptical, then weights 3-5 days a week. Am doing Rippetoes Starting Strength, with some alterations. Here is an example. First thing in the morning is Army Physical Training. After work/School I eat a light dinner then go to the gym around an hour and a half later.
15 minute warm up on elliptical, did a 5 minute warm up with resistance and incline set to 5. After the first 5 minutes, I did sprints for 1 minute, followed by a minute and a half to 2 minute cooldown. Did this for 10 minutes, and worked up a good sweat and loosened my shoulder up.
After that it was time to hit the weights.
Squat: 85X10, 115X8, 135X8, 185X5, 205X5, 205X5
The set of 185 felt light, no tightness in my shoulder, nothing
Decline Bench: 65X12, 95X12, 135X10, 160X5, 160X5, 160X4
The last set I felt a little twinge in my shoulder, so racked the weight right away. I am not taking a chance of injuring myself again.
Deadlifts: 65X5, 135X5, 205X2
Had some time to waste since my roommate wasn't done with his lifting yet, so I grabbed a BB and did some curls.
BB Curls: 45X10, 65X9, 75X4, 65X5 Then went into a dropset.
65X6,55X4,45X5
All exercises were done with strict form.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): H.I.I.T. on an elliptical 2-3 days a week, plus Army P.T. For example today we did grass drills, tomorrow I believe it will be hill sprints. Again. Damn it I hate cardio.
Current Pre-workout Supplement(s) (give details if you don't have any): Heavy metal music, I also take it intra workout on my Zune.
Goal for this log, what do you want to accomplish?: Currently doing a recomp with Keto and Rippetoes 5x5, with some accessory work thrown in. This will be perfect to show strength gains, fat loss, and since it's low in carbs, wont pull me out of ketosis.
Why do you want to use Creadyl? Why should I pick you?: I know Creatine Works, well, I know Monohydrate works, I'm honestly skeptical about the rest. I'm also honest, blunt and to the point. Have feelings? I don't particulary care. Ask me a question, and you get an answer. It may not be the answer you want, but it is an answer.
Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): None yet, but hoping to. I also have influenced more than one person to try supplements that I reccomend before. The guys in my platoon trust my word when it comes to their bodies. Guess it's natural seeing as how I'm their Medic.

Decided to throw my hat in the ring anyway, even though I don't have 150+ plus posts yet. Yes, I have quite a few applications in for other products, but hey, I like to try new stuff, and the price is definitely right on this. Just some time to record some observations, I'm up for that. Plus, It's kind of in my nature to help people, which is what I would do in a log. Am I honest? Ask my wife about the time she started to ask me if she was getting fat. I have been training for about 15 years, have competed 3 times in the last 4 years. My current scheduler looks like this:
Sun - Chest, shoulders, Tris
Mon - Quads and calves
Wed - Back, Traps, Bis
Thurs - Hamms and Abs
Currently doing low volume, heavy weight - usually in the 4-6 rep range.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
3 hours per week, no set amount each day...just as long as I get the 3 hours in. Mostly consists of jogging with my 2 yr old son in the stroller.
Current Pre-workout Supplement(s) (give details if you don't have any):
Currently am using VPX Shotgun and VasoCharge - usually alterate every couple of days or so.
Goal for this log, what do you want to accomplish?:
Currently bulking so looking to gain muscle while keeping fat gains to a minimum.
Why do you want to use Creadyl? Why should I pick you?:
I want to see if this product will help with lean gains and strength increases. I will be brutally honest in my opinion of the product, and will not pull any punches.
