So here are some pictures from the past 3-4 months. I am currently 5'9 178. My goal is to be 190 by new years with a semi clean bulk. I know i am setting a high goal, but i think i can do it.
My current stack consists of no-xplode, gnc mes sport multi vitamin, EAS protein (Aiming for 3 shakes a day,) and a simple BCAA Amino Acid.
I was just wondering if you guys think this is realistic and if you have any critiques or suggestions that will help. I NEED some help/suggestions on the diet and training, especially because i dont like gaining body fat and losing my abs, vascularity, and definition. But i know that im going to have to give that up in order to bulk up and gain weight..
