Cool And the bulking begins today..

So here are some pictures from the past 3-4 months. I am currently 5'9 178. My goal is to be 190 by new years with a semi clean bulk. I know i am setting a high goal, but i think i can do it.

My current stack consists of no-xplode, gnc mes sport multi vitamin, EAS protein (Aiming for 3 shakes a day,) and a simple BCAA Amino Acid.


I was just wondering if you guys think this is realistic and if you have any critiques or suggestions that will help. I NEED some help/suggestions on the diet and training, especially because i dont like gaining body fat and losing my abs, vascularity, and definition. But i know that im going to have to give that up in order to bulk up and gain weight..

You already have a good amount of muscle to build off of. Seems you can put on a quite a bit of mass in your back as its lagging compared to your arms and delts (as is mine) - Im around your weight with similar goals and i have been eating 4200 cals, 230-250g protein and lifting in the 4-8 rep range.

Drink a lot of water, eat often - sandwiches, oatmeal, eggs, shakes, random table spoons of PB lol, and some sort of meat

Yeah very true my back is lagging some, but here is a more recent pic of my back..



And yeah 230-250 is a lot of protein, im shooting for around 200 g's.
