    650+@217 Last pull before Worlds

    This was first pull in gear since Nationals back in July and my last pull before Worlds next week. Let it go a bit early but could have held on for the down signal. Felt lighter then I thought it would. Pulled 600x2 and 615 raw. Plan is this to be my second attempt.

    Bang 'em out at the meet.

    Bench (raw): 300 lbs. X 3
    Incline Bench Press (raw): 225 lbs. X 8
    Squat (single ply): 355 lbs. X 3
    Deadlift (single ply): 441 lbs. X 1
    Powerlifting Total (single ply): 1116 lbs.
    Barbell Curl: 140 lbs. X 1
    Standing Military Press: 190 lbs. X 1
    Weighted Dips: BW + 110 lbs. X 3
    Weighted Pullups: BW + 90 lbs. X 1

    Thx, it was easier then I thought, not that it was easy. I weighed the weights afterwards individually to make sure. All but 3 plates were over 45lbs, two exactly 45 and one 44lbs. My scale is really accurate so I feel safe it was a real weight. Unfortunately every silver cloud...I really thought I had my bench dialed in and would have an attempt @500 b/c I have been hammering board and pin press' with good results, no way. Last night I hit 460 with a long pause, it was clean but alot tougher then I thought. Probably not even a second attempt. Then I absolutley bombed 475, not even close. Lifting is an enigma. I blow deads off for 10 weeks and focus on bench and squat. My dead feels a bit stronger, my bench is stagnant, and my squat sucks. I am looking forward to seeing your results on 12/19, see how this Sheiko worked for you, I need a program b/c my making it up as it goes is not working anymore.
