My 2nd workout in 2 years thoughts?
Hey guys.
I just finished my workout then, and i just wanted to know do these figures go in accordance with each other.
(Including Bar)
3x5 Squat - 90lbs
3x5 Press - 70lbs
3x5 Powerclean - 70 lbs
I know my squats low just have to get used to my back and flexibility.
my squat has gone up 10 lbs since last workout tho,
I acvtually really like doing the press cause it really kicks the s h i t out of you
I am skinny fat with low mucle mass, 5'10, 180 lbs.
Thoughts of the stats?,
