well yea, it is. One competitor is an IFBB pro, the other somebody in the industry that covers IFBB being trained with/by an icon in the weight lifting world.

This!
I don't deal with RX Forums but I love their vids and internet radio programs. I'm glad you guys post thread like this so those of us who don't go to the forum knows what's going on.
Jimmy working out in his leather jacket and jeans? They would never allow that in my straight laced gym.

The way that jimmy is training is a complete joke. Jimmy and Jeff look like they don't do any tricep work. Also jimmy's bis look very strange. There is clearly some synthol in there.

Yeah. Very suspect arms. And lol at him curling. It's just ridiculous. Working the anterior delt more like it. Regardless of weight, that is no curl.

Watched a fair bit of that vid - that old fat guy, what a complete joke
Had 135 on the bar and was literally using 98% back just to get it up, ridiculous! Hell, even I can rep out 135 for 8 with strict form and that guy must have 50lbs on me!
The other guy, he looked damn strong. Strong-ass jaw too!

This seems more like embarassing and a mockery of what real training is supposed to be than entertaining.
