WORKOUT NOTES
This was a pretty solid workout. I'm still trying to figure what I want to do for my split so the workouts this week are going to be a bit random I was considering going back to a Push/Pull thing but I've been liking the body part split I've been doing recently. Anyway, I had some great pumps today, the slow negatives on the DB curls were of course painfully enjoyable. Also had a bit of excitement as I had to rush to the rescue of a 120-lber who though it'd be a great idea to just pump out one rep per set and keep loading more weight on the bar while doing bench presses on a Smith Machine. Unfortunately no one told him that's not really too intelligent, and he ended up putting on too much weight one set...I saw him out of the corner of my eye, unable to push up the bar as it sunk toward his neck, so I ran over and hauled it off of him. Either he was too embarrassed or too much of a BAMF to say thanks though. Not like I saved him from grievous injury or anything.
PRODUCT NOTES
Taking the TestoFX Hardcore seemed to give me a little boost in confidence and focus, but is likely due to the excitement of starting a new log. We'll see how this progresses, it's really too early to make any judgment at this point.

Well luckily I didn't have to come to anyone's rescue on this one, and no one had to pull a bar off my chest either, so it was all good. I did not get much sleep last night but I felt surprisingly refreshed all day and had solid energy for the workout. The Chest Press PR was massive, I wasn't expecting to even be able to lift that weight for more than one or two reps but I just blasted it. I went with the Smith machine on the bench because it seemed like a safer option as I was doing myoreps.
PRODUCT NOTES
The TestoFX Hardcore is probably going to take a little time to kick in, but I did have that "alpha" feeling, although that could have been from the PR.
Very interested in this log.. Are you gonna try to get bloodworks or anything to see if it does anything, or just judge it's effect by how you feel?
I'm going to judge mood, libido, muscle fullness/hardness, strength, etc., although if I have the opportunity to get bloodwork done I will; unfortunately I am a carless, poor student and I don't even know where the nearest lab is

So I hate cardio. Because of that, I try to jazz it up a little. A lot of times I like to do some sort of circuit, but I'm supposed to run a five mile race with my dad over Thanksgiving, so I figured I might as well see if I can handle that. I'm sure my legs will crumble under me tomorrow, so that should be incredibly enjoyable. This is the sweatiest I've been in a while, and for half of the run there was a TV in front of me with "Full House" on so loud that I couldn't even hear my music...lame.

I awoke this morning with a sign that the TestoFX Hardcore had an effect on my libido, and the erectile enthusiasm continued throughout the day. I also noticed that I had some great vascularity during class, which isn't common because in that particular class I'm not usually taking very many notes and thus using basically zero muscles. Not that note-taking is particularly strenuous.

A surprisingly successful workout today, especially when you consider I had literally zero sleep Thursday night. As in I was up at 7:30 am and I haven't slept since...yeah college. Anyway, strength was great, lots of drop/myo reps and rest pauses. I'm pretty sure the Lat Pulldown is a PR, I meant to time the dips but then I forgot

Again, the TestoFX Hardcore seemed to pump me up a little, it seems like there's a little more aggression, and it was another active day for the libido. Let's hope we see some effects on body composition as well...until then, I'll be eating if you need me.
Thats definately a solid and intense workout with all those dropsets and myoreps.
It sure was. I think sometimes people think I'm nuts...but then again they have the least intense workouts I've ever seen. 20 minutes of biceps and crunches? Strong bulk.

Yeah it's pretty heavy...although I think you're confused - I use two hands, and I think you're referring to your one hand lat pulldown strength

WORKOUT NOTES
A shorter but intense workout today, and got the deadlift PR so I'm very pleased. Strength was solid, kept somewhat short rest times and just kept chugging. I decided to not do any post-workout cardio because, well, walking wasn't exactly and enjoyable experience.
PRODUCT NOTES
The TestoFX Hardcore is giving me some solid confidence and I noticed my arms were a little pumped up before the workout, which is pretty cool. No mind-blowing effects yet but it's early.
