Best time to do rotator cuff exercises
I'm starting to get more into powerlifting, and because I have had rotator cuff problems in the past (nothing major, the typical soreness) I would like to help to try and keep em healthy as possible.
Is there any times to do exercises for em that are more beneficial than others?
(Doing a Westside routine)
