AConrad00 and Applied Nutriceuticals HGHup - time to sleep grow and shred!
OKay so here is what HGHup is supposed to do:
HGHup♂ promotes radical increases in serum HGH and testosterone levels without a prescription. It is the only orally viable compound that is proven to increase HGH AND testosterone in human subjects.
* Increases the output of growth hormone and local IGF-1 levels
* Increases the duration/viability of growth hormone pulse mass
* Increases androgen receptor structure, function, and number
* Increases natural production of testosterone
Here is what I will be commenting about on a daily basis:
* Sleep - Time and Quality
* Mental Alertness/Focus
* Energy
* Motivation
* Mood/Aggression
* Stress
* Libido
* Joints
* Endurance
* Strength
* Quality of Training
* Pump and Vascularity
* Muscle Hardness/Density
* Body Composition and Look
* Appetite
* Overall Sense of Feeling
Beginning Stats:
Height - 5'9
Weight - 197-200lbs
Bodyfat - Roughly 9%
Goals for the log:
- Sleep Support: feeling more relaxed before bed, falling asleep easier, waking up refreshed and non-groggy
- Increased in Lean Body Mass
- Decrease in Fat Mass
- Improved Skin Tone
- Overall Feeling of "GOOD"
How I will be Dosing:
On workout day:
3 capsules 45 minutes preworkout
3 capsules 60 minutes before bed
on off days:
3 capsules as soon as i wake up
3 capsules 60 minutes before bed
My Training:
Usually push/pull/legs and cardio/abs thrown in --- i am busy and sometimes get off track, and sometimes i like to goof around and go in there and just destroy arms or shoulders or something, my workout and diet will become very apparent when you see my updates
My Diet:
High Protein, Medium Carb, Low fat
Cutting, and i need energy and lots of protein --- will post up my diet and you'll see
Daily Updates will include my thoughts, my diet, my workouts, and other things going on in my life... I am competing in the OBF contest for best transformation, so hopefully this can help me out!
Notes: I am a full time MBA student, and I work 20-25 hours a week as a waiter at the cheesecake factory, also spend about 10-15 hours a week doing gaspari related work. I am very busy, and sometimes I am unable to update. I usually leave my house at 10am for work, and get home around midnight after class and all that driving I do. Rest assured that I will update as soon as possible, and do my best to give UNBIASED, REAL feedback, and not some of the placebo bullcrap you see oh so often on these forums
let's do this!

ha i hardly every eat there, and if i do, i eat a lunch portion of the miso salmon, which is an 8oz portion of salmon with 3/4 cup of white rice and snow pea pods haha
the REAL bitch is that the servers are welcomed to all you can eat fresh baked bread and soup... it kinda sucks, but i just bring a protein shake for every shift and munch on some whole wheat bread

Day 1
Monday was an off day, bc I am filming a "Controlled Labs, train insane like kane" video at noon today ha --- eating was a little off bc i got stuck at work for an extra hour but was fine, altho my protein intake was a little low
Huge Stats test tonight that I've been studying for, and will be studying for all day today as well
* Sleep - Time and Quality
---- Slept very well last night. Woke up once to go to the restroom, but other then that, slept like a rock. I was extremely tired from the weekend and a poor sleep schedule, as well as a long day of work/studying. Woke up feeling great.
* Mental Alertness/Focus
--- Did not notice any increase in mental alertness or focus, but it was the first day, so gimme a break
* Energy
--- no increase in energy, but again, poor sleep schedule over the weekend left me feelin a little tired
* Motivation
--- work and schoolwork, enough said!
* Mood/Aggression
--- felt great last night, no increase of decrease
* Stress
--- unfortunately my stress levels are decently high, a lot on my plate right now
* Libido
--- normal
* Joints
--- normal, shoulders suck, hips are slightly better
* Endurance
--- n/a
* Strength
--- n/a
* Quality of Training
--- n/a
* Pump and Vascularity
--- n/a
* Muscle Hardness/Density
--- n/a
* Body Composition and Look
--- n/a
* Appetite
--- normal
* Overall Sense of Feeling
--- feeling good, ready to rock this stuff out
Day 1 Diet:
9:30
3 HGHup
10:30
1 cup pasta noodles
1 cup marinara sauce
8oz chicken
12:30-5:30pm
2 scoops myofusion
(3) 4-inch pieces of whole wheat baggette
2 small bowls of lentil soup
7:00
5oz miso salmon
1/2 cup white rice
10:00
8oz chicken + 2tbsp bbq sauce
1 1/2 cup cheerios
2 cups skim milk
12:00
3 HGHup
Othere Supps:
labrada elasti-joint
3g of vitamin c
Diet - off, not the best, but not horrible. Protein was a little low, and carbs were a little high at night. Stuck at work later and was forced to eat some bread/soup bc i was starving and couldnt eat until after. The lentil soup is the only soup I eat at work, is the only one that isnt laden with sugar, butter or cream.
Day 1 Workout
Off day, no workouts

You are hands down my favorite logger, I always learn so much from you and your logs. They are always honest and to the point and you never mind asking questions or giving your opinion on the product when you feel something is not right.. Now do work!!!

Off topic.... info for personal use here:
When I get sweet talked into Cheesecake Factory by wifey, is the Miso Salmon one of the healthier options I should look for?
Having worked in restaurants a lot in the past, I know some of the stuff you'd think should be healthy don't turn out that way when you see how they are prepared. Example: Broiled fish at a restaurant I used to work at....... basted with some herb garlic butter. Twice.

I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if most of the cheesecake slices were 2000+ calories.
This should be noted by all the pussies who claim they eat and eat and can't put on weight. Man-up and visit Alec. He'll beefcake you proper; w/ your choice of key lime or oreo.

i try my best to be honest, and there have been a few times that i've had to stop logging a product or state that I didnt think the product lived up to its claims... its okay though, i am very choosey when i decide to do a log, and i'm kinda skeptical of these GH boosters, so this log should be fun!

yeah the miso glaze has some sugar in it, but as a whole, the dish is lower in calories then most of our other dishes, and has more protein then any other dish... as well as the health benefits of the salmon. You could always sub out the rice for broccoli, but lets not get too crazy
grilled or blackened salmon/mahi mahi is a good deal, just stick with healthy side dishes
other healthy options: energy breakfast, chicken/avocado club w/ veggies, weight management spicy grilled chicken... any pasta is diet suicide, and our cream/butter based soups are 800+ calories per cup

multiple cakes have 2k+ calories... the chocolate tower truffle cake is close to 2400. I took some for my GF, back when i was in training, and it was prob 1/5th the actual slice and she felt sick to her stomach.
Most of our cheesecakes, especially ones that have two whirls of whipped cream, are between 1500-2000 cals
