For those in college/uni, how do you have time to do everything?
I work, lift 4-5 days a week, and am a full time student. I hardly have time for each of these things, even had to reduce my work hours for school. How the hell do some of you fit partying in there? How do you balance everything? Or do some of you guys just take really easy courses or just get bad grades?
Its just that I'm kinda just getting by. Its not like I'm doing amazing in school, but I'm doing ok to good so far. I just don't want to look back at uni and be like, "I wish I had more fun there". This isn't what I thought the life of a uni student would be at all. All those hollywood movies fooled me. But I also don't want to spend more than 4 years in school because I partied too much and failed course after course
I don't live on campus which sucks though, and I still live at home, but I'm paying for school out of my own pocket.

most people don't work. working+school(decently hard major)+bodybuilding+social life is impossible. Unless the work isn't much time.
But I can juggle school+bodybuilding+social life pretty easy and still have spare time.

don't work while you're in college, just bite the bullet and get a loan, will be better off in the long run since you'll be able to focus on school more and graduate faster

LOL your aware. Not going to do it now. I've been convinced not to. The balls need a trim though. There is almost no way I can keep a decent relationship with a girl atm. I got to get a cell phone so I can start pimping again.

I'm in CC (early college program, still in high school), I do football, I have a job, and I manage everything and I even have a **** ton of free time every day.
Oh, I also find an hour every day for the gym.

I don't work but I'm a full-time student and workout 5-6 days a week. To be honest, sometimes I'm surprised how I manage to accomplish everything for the week. Every night is a late night for me. I usually force myself to go to tutoring or sit in the library for a few hours so I can just zone everything out. There have been some nights where I'll go to class from 11:00am - 3:00pm, eat a bit, workout, and then study again from 5:30 to midnight. **** sucks.

i'm here to tell you its possible to balance everything OP.
Last year I was pre-optometry (in opt school this year) as a chem major
worked during the week
competed in March and April
was in a fraternity (yes went to the parties, no didnt drink, still had great time)
had gf
3.9GPA
just gotta relax, focus on one thing at a time, and crank it out man. dont let school/job rule your life, the fun and relaxation is just as important, if nothing else for the mental aspect.
oh, and a good start would probably be avoiding the misc. its a pretty purposeless use of time that could def be used in more meaningful ways.

LOL what?? I had SO much time during college... pay MEGA attention in your classes and don't study outside of class AT ALL - I pulled a 3.5 GPA this way.

I study one hour for every unit I'm taking: so this semester I'm studying 12 hours a week, and I'm in class for 9 hours. Assuming I work out 2 hours 6 days a week, and sleep 8 hours every night, this still puts me at 89 hours out of the 168 hours I have every week. So that's a little less than half of my time to do whatever I want. Next semester I'm going to get a job, so we'll say I work 20 hours a week, that puts me at 109 out of 168.
I'm a chemistry major with a 4.0 and I still have 59 hours every week to do whatever I want. That allows for an hour to walk everywhere I go, another 2 hours each day spent eating... So that's 38 hours of free time. I also have a girlfriend, with whom I spend maybe an hour or two every day, putting me down to 24 hours of free time. It can be done, you just have to make sure you maintain your schedule and keep everything in order.
(Hope I didn't do my math wrong)
You can do it, OP!

Nailed it. You can't do all 4 well.
Most Students don't work (aside from summer) -- even more people don't work out.
Most people in college I know are like this--
eat like **** and never workout.
have an easy major which they pull C's in. B's if lucky.
only work summers and take out loans otherwise.
Ive done 3 out of 4 effectively -
1. Keep grades up in a hard major
2. Keep workout routine and ate healthy 85% of the time
3. Had social life and drank about once a week.

Similar problem here. Undergrad was not to hard to do school & work part-time and go out for me. But now doing graduate school it's killing me, bunch of group presentations and papers.

I have a lot of time for eveyrthing. Why?
I don't work.
Criminal Justice major, Biology minor = easy
Study a day or two before tests.
I have a lot of time but do not spend it wisely.
