I would like to welcome the misc to my journey to MR. OLYMPIA 2010
i would like to take the misc on my journey to become Mr. Olympia 2010.

i started working out only 3 months ago but am quite confident i will be the next Mr. Olympia. i take you through my workout and my bulking technique.
