    Mike Mentzer Heavy duty book- did you follow and make gains?

    (I dont intend to start a thread for arguign HIT vs Volume)

    Just The following question as per title:

    Has anyone followed that routine in that book and what was your gains and are you skinny/hardgainer/ectomorph etc...

    Im thinking off doing it but Im used to doing mulitple sets and read studies proving mulitple sets releases more hormones

    However, I am interested in only doing weights 2 days per week
