I never felt that way, but when I eat bad food I get the feeling I'm gonna gain all the weight back.

former "fatty" checking in here.
nah I didnt even feel inscure back then eating. Some family (hypocrites) tried to make me feel insecure everytime I ate something (who are also fat fukks but not quite as fat as I was.)
Now that i'm in better shape then all of them I make it a point to give them condescending looks/comments when I see them eating.
Feels excellent man.

Anybody else havin loose skin issues? My skin isn't saggin or anything, but it doesn't fit tight to the muscle. Like before my arm was a big fat blob and if you squeezed it it was like a pillow... Now my arm still looks alittle like a blob but if you squeeze it it's a big rock hard bicep and you can pull the skin about an inch away.

This thread has got more pics of female miscers than all the female pic threads combined... lmao.
Do need nudez for full evaluation though.....
Anyway, former 255 lber reporting in - still 220, but unfortunately I can't afford to go any lower than that. Gets me down sometimes that I can't just cut down (should be 190-200) and look really good for a change, but sometimes sh!t goes that way.Last edited by \G/; 11-02-2009 at 08:25 PM.

I used to be 250+. With NO muscle mass at ALL! I was very weak. Now im 190ish AFTER gaining weight and getting fat again...i used to be 175..the lowest ive been is 165 but that was before i started lifting and had little muscle.
Currently running again and lifting regularly, trying to get back down to 175-170.
Looking to get back to my after pic....i WILL get there...it may be slower than i want but i WILL get there again.Last edited by JPA1384; 11-02-2009 at 08:31 PM.
