<><><>AllMax Nutrition Recipe Contest Voting - You Pick The Winners!<><><>
We had a lot of great entries into our recent recipe contest, but some of them stood out above and beyond the others.
Because of this, I'm going to give away two 2lb tubs of Chocolate Mint Supreme ISOFLEX! But not only that - the top recipe will be featured on the AllMax Nutrition website!
And as ALLMAX NUTRITION is all about delivering what you need and catering to our customers, I'm going to let the forums decide who wins!
We've hand-picked a few of the best recipes and included them in the poll. I realize that other polls have had some issues, so there will be a ZERO TOLERANCE rule for soliciting votes. There is to be no PMing, rep trading, or any other enticements in exchange for votes. If you can't behave ethically, then perhaps it's time to reevaluate your priorities in life, not just on the forums. If controversy arises, we reserve the right to choose winners.
I appreciate all of the entries, and I'm sorry I couldn't give a tub to all the entrants! Thanks in advance for your help picking the winners
Here are the options:
1. Chocolate Mint Brownies
1/2 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour
3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (Hershey)
1 Scoop Chocolate Mint Isoflex
1 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Unsweet Applesauce
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional -- Nuts, Chocolate Chips, dried fruit etc..
Bake on 350 for 10-15 minutes.
2. Chocolate Mint Fudge
4oz Cream Cheese
2 TBSP Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter ( PB Loco / PB and Company )
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Stevia
1 Scoop Allmax Chocolate Mint Isoflex
1 TBSP Psyllum Husk
3. Protein Fudge Bars
7 scoops (2 1/3 cups) of Almax Chocolate Mint Supreme
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter substitute
4 ounces cream cheese: reg or low fat kind
1/2 cup chopped walnuts: optional
Melt the butter and cream cheese. Mix in the Protein. (This will be stiff and hard to stir.) Add the walnuts if wanted. I prefer nutless fudge...lol.
Place the mixture in a greased bread pan. Cool. Cut into 8 servings.
Per serving: 17.5 grams protein, 2.5 carbs
4. Low Carb Chocolate Mint Covered Cheese Cake Cup Cakes!
Cheese Cake:
- 16oz of Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cups splenda
Chocolate Mint Topping:
- 3 scoops w/ 6oz of water
Mix cream cheese, splenda & vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended,
add eggs, mix well. Pour into 12 muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 10 mins. or til done. Once done, cool and add Chocolate Mint topping.......delicious!
5. Mint Chocolate Meringue Cookies
3 large egg whites, at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar (or 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1/8 teaspoon baking soda)
3/4 cup Splenda
1/4 Cup AllMax Chocolate Mint Protein
Optional :1/2 tsp mint extract (use peppermint extract for stronger flavor)
Preparation:
Chill mixing bowl and beaters for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 250 F. Line cookie sheets with Silpats or parchment paper. Bake for 1 hour.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar on high speed until soft peaks form. Add sugar a tablespoon at a time until all sugar is incorporated and melted into the meringue. The meringue should be shiny and form stiff peaks. Fold in protein powder and scoop onto baking sheet with parchment paper. These cookies are gluten free, almost fat free, and have about 7g of protein each (depending on how big you make them).
6. AllMax Chocolate Mint Supreme CREPES AND BLINTZES
Main focus of recipe is something tasteful but above all else HIGH PROTEIN AND CUSTOMIZABLE TO FIT MACRONUTRIENT NEEDS!
Ingredients:
Per 1 blintz
2 scoops AllMax Chocolate Mint Supreme
1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese (fat % to taste)
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon water
Any additional sweetener to taste (splenda packets suggested for consistency)
Fat Free Aerosol Butter flavor coating (like pam)
First:
**Combine Whey, 2 egg whites and tablespoon of water into a small bowl, mix thoroughly
**Take 9-12 inch frying pan (crepe pan suggested) and coat generously with non stick spray and heat on medium high for 2 minutes
**Add whey mixture to frying pan, making sure it spreads to every corner of the pan, a spatula would help (and would also provide a delicious pre meal taste)
**Allow it to cook until the edges start to fold up then flip and allow other side to brown
Filling:
Add 1/4cup Ricotta with whey and anything else you would like -- Blueberries or any fruit is a fantastic addition, as well as chocolate chips or granola etc....even peanut butter .
The filling is very versatile and you most certainly do not need to use ricotta cheese and whey, but it tastes amaaaaazing!! and is a good 50grams of protein with minimal carbs and fat!!!!
The resulting crepe will be very thin but strong due to the egg whites, you will then combine the Ricotta mixture into the middle of the crepe and fold like a square burrito (or roll if you prefer/mess up the cooking procedure so the crepe is fragile).
My suggestion would be to make a few of these and keep them heated in the oven until serving time.
I have made these with the Isoflex PB chocolate as well with other brands of whey and sometimes it takes adjusting the level of egg whites/cooking time -- it is possible to make them out of any whey, but let's face it -- ISOFLEX FTW
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!

Wow all of these look good, I'm hungry now. I've always been a fan of cupcakes and cheesecake, so I'm voting for the cupcakes.
Hey Tim, how about you make me a batch of these for my birthday?
