no......... ronnie only won 8 olympias because every year he had to improve to keep beating the likes of jay and levrone ect......you need to improve to keep winning if he would have stayed like he did in 98 imo he wouldnt have won 8 o's.....

To some guys above: you see the pics. Post pics from any bodybuilder from 1999 to 2005 that looks better than that.
You will fail.

Here is a link from a previous thread with the whole Olympia contests from 1982 to 2008, you can see not only the individual routines, but also the comparisons and you can judge better the placings. It's a good thing to download the videos, you don't meet chances like this one very often.

No he wouldnt have carried on winning. Jay would have surpassed him in size within a couple of years. Like one guy said you MUST continue to improve if you want to keep winning.
But if there is one thing that could have stayed the same its his gut. That was the only unsightly bodypart. The pics of his front double bis at the top show how aesthetic he was early on.

i dont think that a 98 ronnie would beat a 2001 jay, ronnie had 3 years of improvment in 2001 and still only just beat jay that year so therefore imo i think 2001 jay beats a 98 coleman........

man i dont need pix, like i said its just my opinion if someone else wants to provide pix then feel free, i just think that a 2001 jay would beat a 98 ronnie, its all down to personal opinion thats all, but i do think a 2003 ronnie would beat a 2001 jay and a 98 ronnie, i prefare ronnie with more size ive never been a fan of his 98 shape thats whay i have jay better than a 98 ronnie......

It's crazy how much he dominates Flex and Ray right there. That's not just two forgettable pros, that's two legends who have racked up a bunch of wins between each other. It's crazy how much Ronnie Coleman blows them away.
Ronnie Coleman in his prime is better than anyone currently competing. It's going to probably take another ten years before anyone is that dominant again.
