One flat bench, two dumbbells. Suggestions please?

Hi.

As I'm moving house but my new place isn't ready yet, I've got to leave all my gear in storage. It also means that I only get to take one flat bench and a couple of dumbbells to the temp place for six weeks (no room for anything else).

So...

Can you suggest some pretty decent exercises that I can do in this period with just this gear until I get my beloved home gym back!

What are your favourites?

Oh and "join a real gym for a couple of months" doesn't count.

Well really, thats all you need. A squat rack would be nice, but you can do with out.

Barbell Bench Press
Barbell Bent-over Rows
Standing Barbell Military Press
Standing Push Press
Deadlifts
Barbell Squats (If you can find a way to get the bar on your back)
Barbell Lunges (Power Clean the bar over your head than place on your traps)
Barbell Curls
Seated Calf Raises (Place the bar on your lower quads, balls of your feet on an 1-2 inch rise)
Dumbbell Flyes
Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Dumbbell Extensions (Standing or lying on the bench)
Dumbbell Kickbacks
Dumbbell Hammer Curls
Dumbbell Concentration Curls
Standing Dumbbell Curls
Dumbbell Squats
Dumbbell Rows


The list goes on dude, thats just some off the top of my head. You can do almost anything with a pair of dumbbells and a barbell!

Ah, I read your OP too quickly lol. When you said flat bench, I assumed barbell too.
