Without a doubt, shower wins.
for one, it actually cleans you. second, it uses less water than bath. and third, it's faster than bath. I mean you can shower faster than filling a tub with water

I only take baths occasionally when Im at my parents house over the summer. But that is a jacuzzi and I always chill in the sauna+shower afterwords.... Mad place to have after-parties though... them bisches always get stripped down and crazy (sorry I dont have any pics)

Even in Japan, they take a shower before entering the bath. Shower wins at cleaning.

Bathing for sanitary purposes is an ancient relic left over from our history that still clings to our modern culture like fly to poo. Frankly, I don't understand why we necessary need to place babies and young children in pools of water (hmm, what could possibly go wrong there?) -- but then again, I don't understand why we stop using moist wipes after a certain age, and then arbitrarily switch to the inferior dry toilet paper.
Now for muscle-healing and relaxing purposes, that's a different story.
