20 Pounds in 2 Months - Deployment BULK
This is my second deployment. I arrived on 03Sep09 at around 195 pounds. My goal was 215 pounds but it only took me 2 months to hit that so I'm going to lean mass for another month and then start my cut... By the time i leave here, I'd like to be ripped out of my gourd <(spell check?) Here are some pics of my progress so far. Thanks for looking.

the ****? Unreal progress IMO...you stayed so lean...even lost body fat, and completely widened it seems. Definitely look bigger and wider. Jesus, dont even think about a cut right now, it looks like you cut fat during that 2 months, do the same thing you've been doing for the past 2 months! Its working!
Strong Progress, Strong gains.
keep it up, dont even think of cutting.

I'm genetically very lean in the first place; if i stop working out, i lose weight regardless of what i eat. My main focus with nutrition is slowing down my metabolism so i don't burn my surplus of calories. I typically eat 3 very large meals a day(+protein shakes), and since the food in the chow hall is free while deployed, it is very convenient. I eat so much that i usually feel sick after. Quick rundown: Every meal is high in protein and complex carbs. On workout days i throw in a lot of starchy carbs too. For preworkout meals, i switch to simple carbs.
For supplements, I use Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein (when i wake up, post workout, and right before bed.) For preworkout, i use MHP Dark Rage and Universal Storm. Then I take another serving of Storm and a protein shake post workout.
I put my routine together to focus on massing. I lift 5-6 days a week (4 on, 1 off.) Chest-Triceps, Legs, Back-Biceps, Shoulders-Traps. I just started my a routine about a week ago on leg days. No cardio until my cut.
Thats it in a nutshell. Let me know if you want me to go more in detail on anything. Thanks for the support.

Can't juice....I'm in the Air Force plus i had to go through Qatari customs when i got here so i wouldn't be able to get gear here if i wanted too.
