    my triceps and biceps wont grow...

    my back has been gettin bigger n my shoulders n my legs while my chest has been laggin but i am just all about bulkin n im gaiin sum fat but wuteva...but my ****in arms i left em alone 4 a while n let em get hit indirectly from back n tri workouts cuz dey wood get pretty pumped durin the workout but they 2 pumped 2 workout after cuz that wood jus hurt them...i worked them out 2day even tho my tris were sore goin in...basically my tris got kinds pumped durin the workout but it basically totally faded a lil while after n my bis neva even had a chance...no exercise felt good n they neva even got pumped so i jus said **** em...but im sayin wut do i do cuz my tris were gettin so sore durin the workout which i guess can only mean they neva recovered...im jus preachin now but sumtimes they say the best thing 4 soreness is workin em out so well c if there sore or not cuz they def aint growin..
    n otha thing is i only have like half a bicep cuz the top half of my bis r like practically gone...i honestly have a lot of knowledge about fitness n bodybuilding n i have good nutrition but my arms r jus givin me hell n i havent seen any growth in a while...

    I am not reading that **** Op, your gram and spell is horrible....Lift heavy and you will grow I promise you put weight on that you can't do and think you can. YOU WILL PUT UP THE WEIGHT!!

    Okay, first off, it was hard as hell deciphering that jibberish you threw up there.
    But I did as good of a job as I could, so here's my advice..
    If your arms are really bugging you that much, then make a certain day just to isolate them and work only your bis and tris, bis first since you say they "never have a chance" and tris after that.
    In honesty I think all you really need is patience though.

    ur right guys. i guess i was in such a bad mood that i was just writing anything that crossed my mined n i dint worry about spelling or anything. But patience is unfortunately not the answer my biceps look like they are completely ****ed up and i have had doctors look at them and they didnt really have an answer but say there ok. so i need sum help on getting the upper biceps bigger and routine that you really think is solid for someone whos arms have trouble growing.

    Just throw extra isolation work for biceps in whatever routine you're following right now, you can check this sites exercise page for all kinds of exercises just for biceps.

    my biceps rarely get sore..but they still grow. soreness isn't an indicator of growth

    i suggest u add in a separate day for biceps and triceps (maybe throw in abs and forearms that day too), because you say that you are getting too tired to do biceps after back and triceps after chest.

    Here's an example of what you could do on this day (but feel free to change the exercises, reps, or set number to suit you)

    here's a list of exercises - http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/

    Triceps
    1 - Close grip bench press - 3 or 4 sets of 6-10
    2 - Either Dips or skullcrushers - 3 sets of 6-10
    3 - Triceps Pushdown - 3 sets of 6-10

    Biceps
    1 - Barbell Curls - 3 sets of 6-10
    2 - Preacher curls or hammer curls - 3 sets of 6-10
    3 - cable curls or db curls - 3 sets of 6-10

    and then you can add in forearms and abs on this day too

    you should take time to ask your question more clearly. that was almost impossible to read
