    need some help about tricep laterial head pls

    please can anyone tell me what exercises that focus on the tricep laterial head the one that close to the bicep brachilias my 2 other heads are developed very well but my laterial head is too small

    Presses. Close-grip bench press, dips, pushdowns. I bet your routine has a chest/triceps day. Give your arms a separate day.
